BBC interview with Luc Tuymans, click here.
I saw Luc Tuymans once, in Chicago, he was showing one painting in a professors garage. I did not say hello to him, he was over talking with the professor. He had really expensive looking clothes on, that is all I can remember. Oh, and the painting was of something like an old fashioned astronaut.
I am painting all day today, I will post the photo of the painting later on.

I love the "really expensive clothes" part. I once was in the same room as Bruce Nauman at an opening in Chicago; and while he did have on a very expensive suit, I noticed his cowboy boots. It seems they were a bit dusty too. So classy. I regret not speaking to him to ask him about his pocket knives (In Iowa, Robert Storr had mentioned that he had given up making "art" for pocket knives.)
